Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please message us within14 days of your order delivery. All inquiries can be sent to info@insolita.co and we will be happy to address the issue! If an exchange isn't possible then we will gladly provide a store credit.

 We ask that you ship the item(s) back before a replacement or store credit is arranged.

Criteria for returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. We keep a detailed photo catalogue of every item in our collections. 

To start a return, you can contact us with your order number at info@insolita.co . After discussing the nature of your return we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Additionally, as our keepsake boxes are part of the insolita experience, any returns must be returned in its original insolita keepsake box as sent.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, products that have been written on,  altered or damaged.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and Insolita keepsake box. If approved, we will contact you with replacement options and/or store credit details.
