All Insolita purchases are securely  packaged and sent in handmade Insolita plywood boxes. This not only ensures your purchase arrives securely,  but that the unpacking is a wonderful part of the experience.

Shipping Options

Our number one priority is getting your purchase to you quickly and in one piece (well assuming you didn’t buy something that comes as a pair 😊). Given we have customers all over the world and each item is a unique size and shape, we don’t have a one size fits all shipping rate.

Pick Up. If you are based in Melbourne Australia, you might like to Pick up from us. In this case send us an email to info@insolita.co and we will send you the pickup address. 

Buyer Arranged Delivery You may already have a friendly local or international shipping company you would like to use to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly and safely. Send us an email to info@insolita.co and we will send you the pickup address.

Insolita Arranged Delivery We can of course arrange delivery. The table below will give you a guide on delivery times and costs. To have us arrange delivery just email us at info@insolita.co and we will arrange a precise quote based on your exact location and your new purchases size and weight and how quick you want delivery.  

Insolita only uses the leading couriers nationally and internationally, where speed and safe delivery of your package is of the utmost. Most commonly we use DHL or FedEx.

All shipping quotes by Insolita include full replacement Insurance based on the cost of the item you purchased.

Finally, delivery times are approximate and whilst usually accurate,  once the item has been picked up we are all at the mercy of the courier companies.

All Items are ‘sign on delivery’ to ensure they are delivered to a person not left at the door.

We will email you an exact freight quote based on the boxed weight of your purchase, size, destination and value of goods to ensure freight includes full replacement insurance value.
